Q. How do I register? What are the requirements?

A. You simply need to be a single/divorced/widowed male or female over the age of 30, residing in North America to sign up for our services. You register for free by simply filling out this registration form (https://www.desimatches.net/register.php).

Q. How do I register without entering required fields?

A. You can not register without required information. Personal Information phone, Email and address are required to register. This we do it for security of our members. We will validate your Identity information to qualify for our membership.

Q. What is my personal information used for?

A. Your personal information (Name, address, phone number, LinkedIn, Face book, Court details, School Name, Divorce location) is for our own records to verify your Identity. We do not display or share your information on the website or with any other third party without your consent.

Q. Can I edit my personal information (account information) later?

A. You cannot change your Account Name, and email information but if you mistakenly entered incorrect information You can send us email to change your Name, address and email address with your new proof of address. Q. Why should I add my photograph to my profile?

A. Statistically, your chances of getting matched improve by 700% if you add your own photograph to your profile. Profiles with personal pictures tend to get 10 times more response. You can add a maximum of 3 photos to your profile. Each picture you upload must be not greater than 200 KB in size.

Q. I cannot see my new/updated profile?

A. Your profile will be available for viewing within 24-48 hours after you create it after it has undergone a screening process. Similarly, any changes you made to your already existing profile will be available to view 24-48 hours later.

Q. What is the duration of the Basic Membership?

A. We charge one-time Basic membership fee to screen the member. Basic membership is valid until you delete your profile. You are required to provide your credit card information for Basic Membership and for screening of your profile.

Q. What membership options do I have once I complete my registration?

A. We offer 3 different paid membership packages, also known as Basic, Premium and gold package, based on their duration. You can either opt for a 6 month or 12-month package.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?

A. On your profile, click on the 'membership setting' option. From the list that appears, select the 'cancel membership' option. Your membership will be canceled instantaneously.

Q. I cannot save my profile?

A. While saving your profile you must complete all the required fields marked where it says required. Leaving any of these fields blank or unselected will not allow you to save your profile
